Deputies responded to the scene and noticed signs of intoxication. After Lieberman failed a series of field sobriety tests, he was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Failure to Keep Right, and Leaving Lane Unsafely.

Lieberman was taken to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, where he refused to submit to a chemical test. He was later transported to Wayne County Jail, where he awaits arraignment. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Huron Court at a later date for further proceedings.
