The Finger Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce celebrated the grand opening of Unique Boards Charcuterie with a ribbon-cutting event on September 5, marking a milestone for the local business. Owned by Melanie Secor, Unique Boards Charcuterie started in 2021 as an online and phone-based hobby but has now expanded to a brick-and-mortar location at 495 Exchange Street in downtown Geneva.
The new store showcases fresh, locally sourced items from area farmers’ markets when available. In addition to her signature charcuterie boards, Secor offers lunch boxes to go, French macarons, s’mores made on-site, and locally produced honey, jelly, and other unique gifts.
Guests at the event toured the new space, sampled the offerings, and met with Secor. To learn more about Unique Boards Charcuterie, visit www.uniqueboards1.com. For more information on Chamber programs, call (315) 789-1776 or visit www.flxchamber.com.
