The Cohocton community is gearing up for its 59th annual Fall Foliage Festival, celebrating the vibrant autumn season. This year’s event, themed “Autumn Delight,” will take place on October 5 and 6 at the Village Green. Attendees can enjoy a variety of activities, including a parade, fireworks, horse-drawn wagon rides, a petting zoo, and an arts and crafts market.
Saturday’s highlights include a parade at noon, fireworks at 9 p.m., and wagon rides from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. On Sunday, visitors can enjoy a classic car show and a pumpkin hunt challenge, with cash prizes for winners.
The festival will also host the Autumn Delight Property Decorating Contest for Cohocton residents and businesses. Contest winners will be announced on Sunday at 3 p.m.
