A Michigan man wanted on drug charges in Ohio was arrested during a traffic stop in Ontario County on Saturday night.
Musid Mohamed Aljahmi, 33, was taken into custody without incident around 9:40 p.m. after deputies from the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office pulled him over on County Road 10. According to authorities, Aljahmi was driving a 2018 Honda Odyssey without headlights on in the rain when deputies initiated the stop.
Further investigation revealed that Aljahmi, a resident of Dearborn, Michigan, had a full extradition warrant out of Sandusky County, Ohio, for charges related to marijuana possession and trafficking. He was transported to the Ontario County Jail, where he is being held pending extradition.
