Penn Yan Police arrested two men following a late-night altercation in front of a local business on September 13.
Justin M. Allison, 22, of Dresden, and Brian K. Corcoran, 43, of Penn Yan, were both involved in a physical fight around 12:45 a.m. Officers on patrol observed the incident, which occurred on Penn Yan’s East Elm Street.
Allison and Corcoran were both taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct. They were issued appearance tickets and released. Both are scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
