The Canandaigua Town Board will discuss a proposal for the Uptown Landing mixed-use development during its Sept. 23 meeting. Developer Jeff Cook’s project, located north of Blue Heron Park and east of Firehall Road, would feature retail and office space, rental apartments, townhomes, and single-family homes.
Cook is seeking zoning relief in exchange for community improvements, including public restrooms at Blue Heron Park and new sidewalks. The project is still in early stages and will undergo multiple reviews.
The meeting begins at 6 p.m. at Town Hall and will be streamed via Zoom.
