The Wayne County Industrial Development Agency will hold its next meeting on September 24 at 9:00 a.m. at the 2nd-floor conference room at 9 Pearl Street in Lyons. The meeting agenda includes several important resolutions and governance updates, aimed at enhancing internal control, finance policies, and board procedures.
Key items include the approval of a new assistant secretary and records management officer, updates to the WCIDA fee schedule, and a resolution to approve the updated Internal Control and Finance Policy Manual. Additionally, the board will discuss the reinvestment of maturing certificates of deposit (CDs) as part of its financial strategy.
The meeting will conclude with an executive director’s update, and the next WCIDA board meeting is scheduled for October 22.
