The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Martville man following a disturbing incident in the Town of Sterling. Sheriff Brian Schenck reported that Charles R. Marble-McCloe, 29, was taken into custody on September 16 after allegedly using a Sawzall blade to threaten a woman while subjecting her to unwanted sexual contact.
Marble-McCloe faces multiple charges, including first-degree sexual abuse, first-degree menacing, and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. He was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the Cayuga County Jail on $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond.
