A Seneca Falls man was arrested after allegedly stealing items from Walmart on North Road. On Sunday around 5:20 p.m., police say Robert J. Buckley, 33, was observed taking merchandise from the store without paying.
Authorities reported that Buckley collected several items and passed all points of sale without making any attempt to pay. He was charged with one count of petit larceny and released with an appearance ticket.
Buckley is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date to answer the charges.
