A Middlesex woman was arrested on Saturday for shoplifting and falsifying business records at a Canandaigua Walmart.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a report of a shoplifting incident at the Walmart located at 4238 Recreation Drive. It was determined that Summer Lynn Brink, 44, had intentionally switched price tags on merchandise and left the store without paying the full price.
Brink was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Hopewell Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
