The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Rochester man after a warrant investigation in the Town of Williamson on Friday.
Deputies took Gary K. Jackson, 64, into custody for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and for driving without a functioning tail lamp.
The arrest warrant was issued after Jackson failed to appear in court for multiple hearings. He was held at the Wayne County Jail and is awaiting CAP arraignment.
