Amazon introduces private label brand called ‘Saver’ for groceries

Amazon has introduced a new private-label brand, Amazon Saver, designed to help customers save on grocery staples while directly competing with budget-friendly brands like Walmart’s Great Value and Target’s Good & Gather. Most Amazon Saver products will be priced under $5, offering affordable options such as oats, coffee creamers, and pizza sauce.

Prime members will enjoy an additional 10% off these items, further enhancing their savings. The new line comes as Amazon expands its grocery offerings and simplifies the online shopping experience.

With post-pandemic food prices still high, Amazon’s move aims to provide relief for consumers managing rising grocery costs.
