The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Victor man after responding to a domestic incident on Arbor Glen Drive. Deputies arrived at the residence around 6:05 p.m. on September 11 to investigate a reported family disturbance.
Following an investigation, Richard J. Qualdieri, 42, was charged with two counts of first-degree criminal contempt and driving while intoxicated. Authorities allege Qualdieri violated an order of protection by arriving at the residence while intoxicated.
He was taken into custody and transported to the Ontario County Jail, where he awaits arraignment. Qualdieri is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
