A Lyons man was arrested on Sunday, September 8 after allegedly committing theft at the Walmart Super Center in Seneca Falls.
Calvin J. Solomon, 43, was taken into custody by the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department after resisting arrest during the incident.
Solomon faces charges of petit larceny and resisting arrest, both misdemeanors. He was processed and released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
