The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Mentz woman following a late-night traffic stop on Half Acre Road in the Town of Aurelius.
Christina M. Paoff, 31, was stopped at approximately 11:18 p.m. on September 1, 2024, after her vehicle was observed crossing into the oncoming lane. Deputies discovered that Paoff was operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
She was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (1st offense), a misdemeanor, along with other vehicle and traffic law violations. Paoff was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Aurelius Court on September 11, 2024, at 6:00 p.m.
