Authorities arrested a Cohocton man following court action in the town of Jerusalem.
Jesse B. Garlick, 41, of Cohocton, was arrested on Wednesday on an active warrant for Criminal Contempt.
The warrant, issued by the Town of Jerusalem Court, stemmed from an incident in October 2023. New York State Police located Garlick in Cohocton and transferred him to Yates County Sheriff’s Deputies.
Garlick was transported to the Yates County Jail, where he awaits centralized arraignment. The arrest involved cooperation between the Yates County Sheriff’s Office and New York State Police.
