A Rushville man was arrested Friday evening by Yates County Sheriff’s Deputies on an active bench warrant for failing to appear in Potter Town Court. Frederick Dillingham, 44, was taken into custody at around 7:11 p.m. on August 9, 2024.
In addition to the bench warrant, Dillingham faces a charge of bail jumping in the third degree. He was transported to the Yates County Jail, where he is awaiting arraignment in the Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) Court.
Authorities have not disclosed further details about the initial charges that led to the bench warrant.
