The Newark Police Department arrested a Clyde woman after she allegedly entered the Newark Walmart despite being previously banned from the store.
Alyssa M. Derue, 23, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass after authorities say she unlawfully entered the store on August 6. This incident follows a prior trespassing warning issued by Walmart.
Derue was processed at the Newark Police Department and released with an appearance ticket. She is scheduled to appear in Newark Village Court on August 21 at 10 a.m.
