In a thrilling comeback, Juan Pablo Montoya will compete in the No. 50 Mobil 1 Toyota Camry XSE for 23XI Racing in the NASCAR Cup Series at Watkins Glen International on September 15. This race marks the culmination of Mobil 1’s 50th-anniversary celebrations, with Montoya taking the wheel as the third elite driver in a series honoring the brand’s racing legacy.
Montoya, a former NASCAR regular and celebrated driver in multiple series, brings a wealth of experience to the track. The Colombian-born racer has 12 starts at Watkins Glen across four series, boasting one win and five top 10 finishes in the Cup Series. His return marks his first NASCAR Cup Series start since 2014.
