The Canandaigua Police Department arrested Joseph C. Pucci, 43, on June 22 for Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree.
The arrest followed a disturbance at an Arlington Park address.
Investigators determined Pucci had damaged a phone and smartwatch belonging to another person.
He was subsequently transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
