Tiffany Floyd’s routine lunch stop at Burger King on Millersport Highway turned alarming when her 4-year-old daughter was served a burger covered in blood. The incident occurred last Friday, leaving Floyd shocked and her daughter traumatized.
Upon discovering the bloody burger, Floyd contacted the Niagara County Health Department. An investigation revealed an employee had unknowingly bled onto the food after injuring his finger. Burger King confirmed the incident and temporarily closed the location for deep cleaning and staff retraining.
“This is not OK,” Floyd said. “Someone has to be accountable.” She is considering legal action while focusing on her children’s well-being.
