Labatt is bringing back its popular Labatt Blue and Labatt Blue Light Zubaz cans just in time for football season, responding to fan demand following an April Fool’s joke. The cans, adorned with Zubaz stripes and the Bills logo, will be available in 30 packs and 24-ounce tall boys.
Jason Folaron, Labatt’s brand manager, said the decision came after an overwhelming response from fans. “We want to be a part of every defensive pick six and every touchdown,” Folaron said. The cans will hit shelves this week, alongside the return of Labatt’s Throwback Tea.
Labatt was recently named the “Most Popular Tailgate Beverage” in New York and Michigan, solidifying its legacy among football fans. “Being the beer that fans reach for is the best honor,” Folaron added. Labatt’s Throwback Tea, a hard tea dedicated to Bills Mafia, also makes a comeback this season.
