Deputies arrested [REDACTED], of Rochester, at Eastview Mall on Friday evening following a public lewdness complaint.
Around 8 p.m., [REDACTED] allegedly knocked on a female victim’s car window and showed her an obscene photo on his cellphone.
[REDACTED], who had no right to display the image, was charged with third-degree obscenity. He was taken into custody and issued a Uniform Appearance Ticket.
[REDACTED] is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to address the charges.
