Geneva resident Vladislav Kandinov, 35, was arrested Monday following a traffic stop on Exchange Street. Police reported that Kandinov was initially pulled over for an improper signal, leading to the discovery that he was operating a vehicle with a suspended New York State non-driver’s license.
Further investigation revealed that Kandinov had an active arrest warrant from the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office for grand larceny in the fourth degree. He was also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and being an unlicensed operator.
Kandinov was taken into custody and is awaiting further legal proceedings.
