Authorities took a Rochester woman into custody at Eastview Mall following an investigation there.
On Tuesday the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office arrested Javonnia Lashay Rouse, 45, of Rochester at Eastview Mall. Rouse was wanted on an active bench warrant from the Town of Farmington Court for failing to appear following a petit larceny charge from September 29, 2022.
Rouse was transported to the Ontario County Jail, where she was held without bail on an unrelated charge. She is scheduled to return to the Town of Farmington Court at a later date to address the bench warrant.
