Seneca Falls police arrested a local man after a pair of larceny investigations at Walmart.
The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of John Walters, 46, after he was caught at Walmart taking merchandise without paying and then returning the items for store credit at the Customer Service desk.
Walters was charged with one count of Petit Larceny, a misdemeanor, and one count of Falsifying Business Records in the first degree, an E felony. He was taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
On a separate incident on July 13 at 2:41 a.m., Walters was again arrested at Walmart for taking items without payment. He faces another charge of Petit Larceny and will appear in Town of Seneca Falls Court.
