A woman was arrested by Penn Yan Police following a domestic incident. [REDACTED], 29, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment.
Police allege that [REDACTED], while heavily intoxicated, subjected a juvenile under seventeen to unwanted physical contact. This occurred in the presence of another juvenile also under seventeen.
[REDACTED] was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and harassment in the second degree.
