Seneca Falls man arrested for felony DWI after road rage incident

Seneca Falls police report the arrest of a local man on felony charges following a road rage incident, where a child was inside the vehicle.

On July 6 the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Brandon Dicicco, 29, of Seneca Falls following a traffic complaint near E Bayard Street. The Seneca County 911 Center received a report of aggressive driving, which stemmed from a road rage incident. 


Responding officers located the vehicle describe in the incident as it was leaving the parking lot of a local business and conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. During the investigation, officers determined that Dicicco was operating the vehicle while intoxicated. Additionally, Dicicco had a child under 16 years old in the vehicle, leading to a charge under Leandra’s Law.

Dicicco was charged with Driving While Intoxicated with a Child in the Vehicle (Leandra’s Law, E felony), Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC over .08%, Driving While Intoxicated, and Unlicensed Operation. He was released on an appearance ticket for all charges and is scheduled to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
