A 26-year-old Allegany County man died in a crash on Wednesday evening in Cohocton.

The New York State Police reported that Adrian V. Gregory-Kielbasa, of Angelica, was a passenger in a 2017 Dodge Caravan traveling north on State Route 371. Around 4:55 p.m., the driver, 31, lost control after passing another vehicle in a no-passing zone, causing the van to roll over. Gregory-Kielbasa was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene.
