Geneva man arrested for public lewdness and obstruction in Cayuga County

A Geneva man was arrested on June 27 for public lewdness and obstructing governmental administration. Jacob A. Johnson, 39, was spotted by a deputy on Blass Road in the Town of Conquest on June 2, engaging in sexual activity alongside the road.


When deputies approached, Johnson ran into a farm field, ignoring orders to stop. The female involved confirmed the actions were voluntary. Johnson was later found and it was discovered he had an active parole warrant. He was turned over to parole officers while deputies filed additional charges.
