Town Supervisor Jim Brady said the funds, announced by Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, will be used for road, water, and sewer improvements, as well as housing rehabilitation.

This is part of a $15 million project to replace dilapidated buildings with new housing and commercial space. Additional buildings, including the former EB Gators restaurant, are also targeted for rehab.
