Seneca Falls Man Arrested for DWI After Traffic Stop

A 49-year-old Seneca Falls man was arrested on June 27 at 11:14 p.m. following a traffic stop on State Route 89.

The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department observed the driver speeding and conducted the stop, determining that he was intoxicated.

Paul Pisarski was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Driving While Intoxicated with a Blood Alcohol Level of 0.08% or more, both misdemeanors. He was also cited for speeding.

Pisarski was released on an appearance ticket and will answer the charges at a later date.
