New York State Police are asking for help to find a suspect who tried to cash a fake $3,500 check at the Reliant Federal Credit Union in Farmington on June 4.



Around 1:50 p.m., a person used a stolen New York State driver’s license to try to cash the fraudulent check. A bank employee noticed the check was fake and the license was stolen, prompting the suspect to run away. Nearby cameras captured the suspect fleeing and getting into a vehicle.
