Seneca Falls Man Arrested for Harassing Victim and Damaging Property During Incident

Seneca Falls police arrested a local man following a domestic incident where property was damaged and the victim was harassed.

On June 24 at 9:43 p.m., the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Daniel E. Closson, 37, following a domestic disturbance call. The investigation revealed that Closson had physically harassed the victim and damaged their property.

Closson was charged with harassment in the second degree and criminal mischief in the fourth degree. He was taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment. An order of protection was requested for the victim.

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the investigation.
