The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Lyons man after a domestic incident investigation.
Audie A. Arliss Jr., 38, of Lawrence Street, was charged with Harassment in the Second Degree. Deputies allege Arliss Jr. pushed the victim during a verbal fight, causing the victim to fall.
Arliss Jr. is in Wayne County Jail awaiting arraignment. He will appear in Lyons Town Court at a later date.
Arliss was arrested in October 2023 following an assault investigation related to a domestic incident.
