Shanque K. Collins, 32, of Rochester, was arrested on June 18 after an investigation by a Williamson State Police investigator. Collins, a cleaner contracted through the Cleaning Authority Company, allegedly stole a Woodland Circle resident’s debit and credit card numbers.
The victim noticed unauthorized purchases dating back to July 2023 and reported the issue to State Police on April 4. Collins was charged with Felony Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, Felony Identity Theft in the First Degree, and Misdemeanor Unlawful Possession of Personal Identification.
Collins was taken to Wayne County Jail for arraignment and released. She is scheduled to appear in Walworth Town Court. The case will be reviewed by the Wayne County District Attorney’s Office for possible Grand Jury action.
