Geneva Man Arrested for Criminal Mischief After Parking Dispute in Waterloo

Police arrested a Geneva man following a parking dispute in the village of Waterloo.

The Waterloo Police Department arrested Paul Deal, 61, of Geneva, for Criminal Mischief on June 20, 2024, around 10:59 p.m.


The arrest followed an incident on June 19, 2024, where Deal allegedly punched another vehicle during a parking dispute, causing damage.

Deal received an appearance ticket and is set to appear in the Town of Fayette Court at a later date.
