Steuben Town Justice Arrested for DWI

A town official in Steuben County has been arrested for DWI.

Julie M. Kuck, a Town Justice in Steuben County, was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Friday, June 14.

According to the New York State Police, Kuck, 39, was stopped around 10:40 p.m. and found to have a blood alcohol level of at least .08. She faces misdemeanor charges for DWI and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. This is her first offense.

Kuck serves as the Town Justice for Lindley, with her term ending on December 31, 2025. After her arrest in Erwin, she was released to a third party. Officials from Lindley have not yet commented on the incident.
