Boeheim’s Army will not participate in The Basketball Tournament 

In surprising news, Syracuse.com reported Thursday that Boeheim’s Army will not play in The Basketball Tournament this summer.

General Manager Shaun Belbey said it was “tough” to back out and said, “We’re only going to put a team in the tournament if we think we have a really good chance to win.”

Boeheim’s Army has participated in the tournament since 2015 and won it in 2021. Over the last nine years, they compiled a 25-8 record.
