Authorities arrested an Addison man for burglary and assault after an investigation in the village.
Steuben County Deputies arrested Joseph W. Hannacker Jr., 29, of Addison, on June 18 following a reported trespass and fight in the village.
Hannacker is accused of unlawfully entering a property intending to commit a crime, causing physical injury to another person, and endangering a child. He was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree assault, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Hannacker was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Court and released.
