Seneca Falls police arrested a local man for failing to register as a sex offender.
On Tuesday the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Joseph C. Badamy Sr., 62, for failing to comply with New York Sex Offender Registry requirements.
Badamy, a level three sex offender, did not register his address every 90 days and failed to update his registry photograph annually.
Badamy faces two felony charges for these violations. He was released on an appearance ticket and will address the charges in court at a later date.
