Seneca Falls woman arrested for child endangerment and resisting arrest

The Seneca Falls Police arrested a local woman on June 14 for endangering a child and resisting arrest.

Tracey D. Fesmire, 43, was taken into custody after police received a complaint about her screaming while caring for a 4-year-old. Officers found Fesmire highly intoxicated and unable to care for herself or the child. During the arrest, she resisted police orders.

Fesmire faces two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of resisting arrest, all misdemeanors. She was taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility for arraignment.
