The Yates County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Penn Yan woman on June 17 following a personal injury accident last month.
Danika Bailey, 20, faces several charges, including driving while intoxicated, unsafe lane changes, and unlawful possession of alcohol under 21. The incident occurred on May 21 in the Town of Jerusalem.
Bailey has been issued tickets and will appear in the Town of Jerusalem court to answer the charges at a later date.
