The Town of Ithaca’s Planning Committee will review the concept plan during their meeting on Thursday.

The proposal includes six five-story buildings on nine acres, offering 615 apartments with about 800 beds.

The plan features studios and one-bedroom units, a community center with amenities, 150 parking spaces, and green spaces. This phase differs from the first, focusing solely on mid-rise buildings with a more pastoral design.

Cornell aims to complete this project by August 2027.
