District Attorney Brittany Grome Antonacci announced that Adrian M. Endsley, 47, a repeat shoplifter, has been convicted of a felony and will face prison time.

On May 14, Endsley attempted to steal nearly $400 worth of merchandise from the Auburn Walmart. When confronted by an asset protection associate, he stated, “Call Lowe’s and let them know I am on my way,” before fleeing. Auburn police apprehended Endsley later that day at Home Depot in Aurelius. He was charged with burglary and petit larceny.

Endsley pled guilty to Burglary in the Third Degree on June 13 and will be sentenced on August 29 to 2-4 years in state prison. He has previous convictions for attempted burglary and multiple counts of petit larceny.
