Seneca Falls duo arrested for burglary and theft in Waterloo

Police say a Seneca Falls duo was arrested and face several charges after an incident where over $1,000 worth of property was stolen from a Waterloo residence.

Chelsea Ticer, 34, and Neil McMillen, 45, of Seneca Falls, were arrested on June 14 for burglary and other charges, according to the Waterloo Police Department.

On June 7, Ticer allegedly entered a residence without permission, with McMillen’s help, and moved large furniture and other items onto the porch. Ticer then stole property worth over $1,000 before leaving on foot.

McMillen received an appearance ticket and will appear in Town of Waterloo Court later. Ticer was taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility for arraignment.
