A man convicted of assaulting two Auburn police officers will serve his full 14-year prison sentence, Cayuga County District Attorney Brittany Grome Antonacci announced Friday.
The Appellate Division rejected Justin Tillmon’s appeal to reduce his sentence. He was sentenced to 14 years in prison on July 21, 2022, after his conviction on May 5, 2022.
Tillmon was found guilty of assaulting the officers and his girlfriend during an incident on January 24, 2018.
