The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office arrested Matthew H. Delfavero, of Union Springs, after a fight investigation on June 5. Deputies discovered Delfavero had repeatedly struck a 17-year-old boy in the head with his fist.
During the investigation, Delfavero became uncooperative and physical with deputies. He faces charges of menacing, obstructing governmental administration, and resisting arrest. Delfavero was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.
