Seneca Lake Resorts opens new mini golf course

Seneca Lake Resorts celebrated the grand opening of its new 18-hole miniature golf course, Putt & Play, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on May 31. The event was attended by state officials, local leaders, and excited community members.

State Senator Pam Helming, Assemblyman Jeff Gallahan, and Assemblyman Phil Palmesano presented a state citation to Seneca Lake Resorts, praising their contributions to the community. Jeff Shipley, President of the Seneca County Chamber of Commerce, highlighted the project’s significance for local family entertainment.

Vern Sessler, one of the resort’s owners, expressed gratitude for the support from local and state partners, noting the extensive improvements made to the property over the past six years, including the new golf course, which features themes inspired by the Finger Lakes region.
