The Sodus Farmers’ Market is set to open for its 16th year on June 12, running every Wednesday from 2:30 to 6 p.m. through October 9 in the parking lot of Sodus Third Methodist Church on Belden Avenue.
Shoppers can enjoy a variety of locally grown fruits, vegetables, baked goods, hot foods, and crafts. This season introduces new vendors like Speary’s Catering, Fully Loaded 315, Mama’s Boyz, Doughface Dog, and Penguin Pastures, alongside 18 returning vendors.
Special weekly activities and booths will feature Wayne County Rural Health, SNAP Ed New York, and a Kids’ Tent with activities in July and August. Food options include El Rincon Mexicana, Speary’s Catering, Fully Loaded 315, and Mama’s Boyz. The “Second Best Shop” in the church basement offers collectibles and antiques during market hours.
